Sweet Charity
The play is a musical fable that centers on New York taxi dancer Charity Hope Valentine and her unwavering desire to find true love. Even in the face of an indifferent world that keeps dishing out hard knocks she continues to practice the art of giving, loving and remaining ever hopeful.

The Lady Cobras play a doubleheader at Milligan College. Game one starts at 2 pm, game two to follow. Go Lady Cobras!

From 12-1 p.m. there will be a lunch forum in the Brantley Dining Room (previously the PDR) – “Careers in Natural Resources” – with three speakers:
Caroline Cook – Naturalist, Hungry Mother Park. Caroline has a BA in English from UNC Chapel Hill.
Julie Slater – Interpreter, Grayson Highlands Park. Julie has a BA in Russian Literature from UVA.
Sarah Colletti – Virginia Dept. of Game and Fish. Sarah has a BA in Wildlife Management from VA Tech.
