The new second company, Richmond Ballet II, is an elite group of ten professional dancers led by Richmond Ballet’s own Resident Artist, Igor Antonov. Immediately following the Baccalaureate Ceremony will be the Torchlight Ceremony which will starts in front of Admin Hall & ends in the Quad. Cap and gowns should be worn to Baccalaureate.

Commencement Ceremony – 3:00 pm – Harrison-Jones Memorial Hall

*Please note that Commencement is a ticketed event.*

Immediately following Commencement ceremony, a reception will be held in the Smith-Cantor Gymnasium (Cobra Den). All guests, faculty and staff are invited to relax and celebrate with the graduates and their families.

Tickets of admission will be required for the 3:00 p.m. Commencement ceremony. Each graduate will be entitled to seven free tickets for seating in Harrison-Jones Memorial Hall. Students may pick up their Commencement tickets and request additional tickets from the Dean of Students Office prior to April 12, 2013.

As always, Commencement promises to be an exciting time on our campus to commemorate the important achievements of our graduates. We look forward to celebrating this special occasion with your family.
